He also has 2 degrees to teach the trade in schools and private.

We make endless assortments with semisweet, bittersweet, milk and white chocolate… truffles, bonbons, caramels, barks, … you name it! In December alone, we manufacture over 40.000 pralines! And that’s just a fraction of our assortment! You should see what we all have.. it’s so exiting because we keep adding more new products to our line like the addictive Italian orange and lemon peels dipped in dark chocolate.
