| In 1983, Mark started working in a bakery in Holland. Although he loved making fresh pastries every day, he was very excited when his employer asked to join him in a chocolate venture. They started production in the tiny basement under the bakery and very soon after they had to relocate to a larger building across the street. Before they knew what was happening, Mark was producing around 30 metric tons a year of the Finest Belgian chocolate, supplying many companies in Holland. Only the finest ingredients are used, everything is made in small batches to ensure the freshest product possible.
