We always take great pride and care in making our chocolates for you. Just as much care is taken when packaging and shipping your order. Your gift should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please return the product and receipt for replacement, exchange or refund. All products must be returned in the complete original purchase condition.

 We do not ship in the summer months of June, July and August.
